I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with great ocean views. The rooms were cozy and close together, which was convenient for our group until late afternoon. The lounge access was a nice touch, making it easy to relax.

My stay at the hotel was decent. The rooms in the other tower were ready a bit late and had an average view, but overall they were acceptable. The service was varied with lots of options, and the staff, despite some bargaining, were friendly and interested in ensuring a good experience. The location was calm and good for the beach, although a bit lacking in character. The dining experience offered a wide variety of food. The facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel offers clean rooms with sufficient toilet facilities and products from a branded company. The food quality is impressive with a vast selection for breakfast, and the service is fantastic. However, it was noted that some staff only communicated with foreign guests and not with Asian guests.

I stayed in the south wing, which is still being renovated. The rooms were slightly old but well-maintained by the housekeeping team. Although there were some issues like large cockroaches, a shower that doesn't drain, and a leaky roof causing a puddle, these were eventually taken care of in the afternoon. The complimentary water provided was already opened and half-full.

Upon arriving, I was informed that my booked room was undergoing renovation and not available, but the staff quickly resolved it by assigning me a suitable alternative. The location is serene yet conveniently close to local attractions, providing a peaceful escape. The dining at The Shore offered a variety of delicious options, including a delightful floating breakfast.
